From research this bar appears to be from a production run back in 1970-1980's. The original plastic sleeve is sealed and bar shows a nice vintage hue of toning - Typical variations of the natural toning appear on this bar and can be best seen in the video and photos of this listing.
Originally established as American Pacific Mint Inc., the company was incorporated in Nevada in September 1965 before relocating to Azusa, California. In September 1987, it acquired the Dallas Gold and Silver Exchange for an undisclosed amount, which then operated as a subsidiary. By January 1992, following the subsidiary’s record-breaking performance and a 19% increase in profits, the company announced plans to move its headquarters to Dallas and rebrand itself as Dallas Gold and Silver Exchange. Shareholders approved the rebranding initiative in July of the same year.
