Struck at the Philadelphia Mint, it stands out with a low mintage of only 500,000 coins, making it the lowest-minted bullion Silver Eagle ever produced! Coin Design
- Obverse - The obverse features Adolph A. Weinman's iconic Walking Liberty design, symbolizing freedom and progress. Lady Liberty strides toward the rising sun, draped in the American flag and holding branches of laurel and oak. Weinman's initials "AW" can be found near Liberty's heal, below the inscription "IN GOD WE TRUST." "LIBERTY" and the date of issuance are also inscribed on the obverse.
- Reverse - The reverse, designed by AIP Designer Emily Damstra and sculpted by Medallic Artist Michael Gaudioso, features a majestic Bald Eagle in flight, clutching an oak branch in its talons. This powerful design represents strength, endurance, and freedom. Inscriptions include "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "E PLURIBUS UNUM," "1 OZ. FINE SILVER," and "ONE DOLLAR."
