The 1/4oz Benjamin Franklin round in gold was designed in conjunction by Glenn Beck and Goldline to commemorate the design of the Great Seal and to provide Goldline clients with a fractional, divisible, and affordable gold product.
The Continental Congress asked Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson to form a committee to design a Great Seal. Benjamin Franklin proposed the United States Great Seal to feature Moses, rather than the bald eagle. His design has Moses standing on the shore, parting the Red Sea, overwhelming Pharaoh who is in an open chariot, sword in this hand. Rays from a pillar of fire in the clouds reaching to Moses, to express that he acts by command of God. Franklin added the motto Rebellion to Tyrants is Obedience to God. Franklin’s design did not move forward but now there is an American Gold commemorative memorializing his concept.

The obverse (front of the coin) has the handsome bust of Benjamin Franklin with the words Stand in Love. The reverse captures Franklin’s original design and motto. Each commemorative bears the weight and fineness.
These commemoratives are struck in 1/4 ounce gold and are 99.99% pure which makes them a favorite of Goldline clients.
