In 2018, the Royal Canadian Mint introduced this 2 oz Maple Flex bar. The bar is legal tender, and offers the ability to break into sections for smaller ounces and monetary denominations.
The Maple Leaf design is one of the most iconic in the world. This flex bar displays this beautiful imagery in a brand new form!
Bar Highlights:
- Contains 2 oz of .9999 fine Silver.
- Packaged in a protective plastic case.
- Bars can be broken into three different sizes - 1/4 oz, 1/10 oz, and 1/20 oz.
- Each size has its own monetary denomination - 1 dollar, 50 cents, and 25 cents.
- Total face value of $9.00.
- Obverse: Displays the right-facing profile of Queen Elizabeth II, along with the face value.
- Reverse: Features two large maple leafs with the weight and purity.
- Sovereign coins backed by the Canadian government.
